The Fine Print:
• Step in as an integral extension of the clients brand team by continually demonstrating an expertise of both the sports betting industry and the points of differentiation offered by the client
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client and sponsorship properties and lead weekly status meetings
• Coordinate all sponsorship related activities including, on-site activation, logistics with properties leading up to, and during, event days (i.e. staffing, shipping of event materials, setup/tear-down etc.), social and digital campaigns and any other assets that are included in the partnership.
• Maintain ongoing sponsorship asset tracker and communicate creative needs and deadlines
• Serve as the brand subject matter expert at on-site activations to drive sports betting acquisition, awareness and education among Florida sports fans. Additionally, educate and serve as lead manager of on-site support staff/brand ambassadors to drive brand objectives (acquisition, awareness, education
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, other agency partners, and external industry peers/colleagues
• Build deck presentations and recap decks/reports of programming/activations
• Provide analysis, standard methodologies, and recommendations for the clients
• Remain abreast of current and emerging sports betting and entertainment and industry trends, headlines, and notable news for potential pitching opportunities

The Needs:
• A minimum of 3 years of sports and entertainment experience, preferably within an agency or entertainment marketing company, or from in-house at a brand
• Must maintain a full-time residence in South Florida
• Passion for sports, sports betting, and/or sports business
• Direct managerial experience or experience leading a team of brand ambassadors
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays to oversee and execute partnership activations throughout the state of Florida
• Experience with the talent contracting process and experience reviewing talent agreements
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – both written and verbal, along with unfailing attention to detail
• Outstanding time-management skills including the ability to effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline-sensitive; work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Excellent digital literacy, master of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners (e.g. venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually
