The Overview:

R&CPMK's Creative Studio is seeking a Project Coordinator located in NYC to join our growing team! The Creative Studio supports all creative needs across our agency services. We are a conceptually driven studio, always searching for the best solutions and sparks of innovation. We practice creative agility and serious team collaboration with some fun sprinkled on top. We believe in the creative process and encourage ideation from all team members. Together – there is nothing we cannot dream up, design, and execute.

As our Project Coordinator, you will report to our Senior Creative Director but collaborate with our entire team, ensuring our work gets done. Not only that, but you will also collaborate with other internal account teams. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage our creative workflow for projects ranging from experiential events to social media campaigns, branding, website design, and more for some of the biggest brands in the world.

The Fine Print:
• Collaborate closely with the creative and account team to develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify project constraints to work to optimize project execution
• Create and maintain this documentation, including timelines and status on all deliverables to a very detailed level
• Coordinate project timing and budgets for all job deliverables with relevant team members and provide clients/account teams with updates, as needed
• After project collaboration kicks off, set and manage project timelines based on turnaround times and team bandwidth
• Work closely with account team leads and the creative team to ensure project launches on time, quality of deliverables are met, and within budget
• Flag potential roadblocks and impacts to launch and problem-solve how to handle them
• Partner with the team to ensure that project resources are used efficiently and within budget
• Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations as needed to stakeholders, including status, risks, and issues

The Needs:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is enthusiastic about their craft. You are a hard-working teammate who collaboratively works to get things done while also being self-motivated and understanding how individual tasks fit into the bigger picture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, naturally curious, and composed when faced under pressure. Effective communication with clients and internal teams should be second nature. As well as committing to ongoing workflow enhancement, including bringing new methods and techniques to the team.
• 1+ years and proven experience managing creative deliverable projects for an advertising or marketing agency
• Deep working experience with the project management tool Asana is required.
• Understanding of scheduling and creative time estimates; ability to explain concepts and tasks to others in a clear way.
• Experience budgeting creative projects is a plus
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people: creative, strategy, accounts, and management.
• Must have proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and critical thinking are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas/issues required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience in SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in one of the following is a big plus: Lord of the Rings, Taylor Swift, or F1…because we are big on culture.

Salary: $40,000.00- $50,000.00 annually
