Executive Producer

Roger, a full-service creative studio, is looking for a talented Executive Producer to join their team.

We are looking for an experienced EP who has at least 3 years of experience in the EP role at a creative studio. The ideal candidate would have a robust production/ bidding background, great client management skills as well as some experience in business development. Live-action experience is a plus! The Executive Producer will report to our 2 ECDs and Managing Partner as well as work closely with sales reps and our HOP. We will look to the EP to provide insight on current and upcoming project leads and to ensure a smooth project transition from initiation and planning into production. We welcome and encourage all business development ideas since we know that EPs can be creative problem solvers too! Our very closely-knit team of misfits spans all departments. Qualifications and experience to include:

· A minimum of 3 years experience in an EP role at a creative studio or agency

· Excellent client management and interpersonal skills

· Ability to draft bids and calendars to reflect the scope of work using Microsoft Office Tools and Google Apps

· Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

· Self-motivated and works independently
