Title: Client Relationships Coordinator

Location: London, England (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is searching for a Client Relationships Coordinator with a passion for sport, music, lifestyle, and brands. This role will report into the Director, Client Relationships and is based in person, in the London headquarters. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients, delivering support and guidance in every client matter and in the future growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management -
• Build and maintain positive relations with clients and represent the agency standards and culture
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of your client's business objectives
• Plan and run client meetings and calls

Research and Prospecting -
• Conducting research for the overall team
• Identifying brand leads for potential partnerships for all Roc Nation Sports International clients
• Assisting in various commercial activities
• Reaching out to leads/brands to initiate commercial conversations
• Work with sales, marketing and creative departments to procure information needed to support sales efforts
• Lead internal brainstorm session for potential brand partners
• Participate in brand strategy conversations
• Observe trends in the industry to ensure organization is on the cutting edge of brand partnerships
• Find new and unique opportunities for partnership opportunities by constantly analysing markets and brands
• Research and follow partners to gain an understanding of the market and competitive landscape
• Leverage data and research to create a compelling message and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue
• Present ideas in a concise manner to a large audience
• Maintain client brand collateral to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:
• Ability to network in order to build your contact database
• Understanding of influencers and how to work with them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and reliable self-starter
• Organised and proactive
• Interested in sport, music, culture and trends
• Relevant Sport Management or Business degree is preferred, but not mandatory
• A proven team player who is calm, professional, works well under pressure and is diligent and detail orientated

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot is a mandatory requirement for this position.
