Respawn Entertainment is a AAA video game development studio that aspires to create new hit games that leave a lasting impact for gamers worldwide. Our work includes the critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends and Titanfall franchise.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve production plans for Apex Legends Mobile, ensuring project setups meet Studio specifications and creating ongoing process improvements. You will report to the Director of Live Operations and Performance for Apex Legends Mobile.
• Lead the development of internal tools to support LiveOps, Events, and Monetization features, inclusive of requirement gathering, architectural diagramming and prioritization of features.
• Work with a distributed team to ensure alignment of goals and feature specifications are delivered to your standards.
• Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency, report on status of projects on a regular basis basis.
• Track and implement project improvement plans to promote team efficiency.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a software development environment, 2 years Technical Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of education in any number of related fields including Computer Science, Game Development, Business, High Technology
• Excellent knowledge of production life cycle, processes and projects planning.
• Experience in a Scrum / Agile software development environment.
• Project tracking software experience (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, Confluence); experience with Airtable a plus
• Experience working with external development teams
• Experience working on Live Services development
• Experience working with broad teams.
• Mediation and conflict resolution skills
• Provide regular status reporting and capacity plan updates.
• Track and implement project improvement plans to promote team efficiency.
• Determine engagement practices: Ensure all workflow is clearly defined, processes are documented, and staff trained in expectations on the workflow.
