Respawn Entertainment is a AAA video game development studio that aspires to create new hit games that leave a lasting impact for gamers worldwide. Our work includes the critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends and Titanfall franchise.

As a Producer, you guide execution across the development team to build and launch a AAA mobile game. This is a leadership role that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership.
• Provide leadership, and inspiration for the team through personal example, and enthusiasm.
• Build a capable team that looks for opportunities to maximize their potential, and take pride in their accomplishments
• Build a partnership with the Mobile and HD development teams producers and product manager and with our external partner
• Establish trust and credibility with team leadership as the product wants to improve on multiple levels

Responsibilties:
• Manage execution from concept to live, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and quality targets
• Help manage the product road map which maps major feature deliverable to milestones
• Work with team members to determine content/tech/feature requirements and desired player experience
• Support team leadership in establishing quality targets, setting product vision, and achieving agreement
• Work with Product Manager to operate live services, including play tests during development
• Identify production and organizational issues to completion
• Keep the team informed on development results and changes
• Ensure the team is trained on the necessary skills, processes, and best practices
• Balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results
• Seek knowledge and apply it to improve our studio

Requirements
• 5+ years of production experience on software development projects
• Experience shipping successful mobile games in a producer role
• Understand mobile application market and business models
• Expertise using production tools and multimedia software applications
• Excellent conceptual and technical writing skills
• Change management, and conflict resolution skills
• High degree of initiative, takes opportunities to make improvements
• Integrity
