Job Description
Raven Software, developer of numerous award-winning games, including contributions to the blockbuster Call of Duty franchise is looking for a versatile and passionate Senior Producer of Campaign Art to join our high-caliber team. This Senior Producer will work closely with collaborators across the studio and the publisher to ensure the very best game is produced on-time and within budget.

As a Senior Producer of Campaign Art at Raven Software, you will interface directly with Producers, Artists, & QA at Raven and studios across the wider Activision umbrella. A qualified Senior Producer is extremely organized, professional, personable, courteous, hard-working, an effective communicator and loves working with people. They are also experienced in multidisciplinary production planning.

General Responsibilities:
• Campaign Art Production
• Work alongside your peers on the asset team to build out and create efficiencies in process / tracking for a variety of asset art discipline teams, including but not limited to: Vehicle, Weapon, Props, Character, 2d, and other MTX related teams.
• Potential to manage workstreams in 1-2 concurrent CoD projects, or separate pods within an existing project.
• Solicit needs from internal departments and partner studios, while aligning them to set project requirements.
• Drive art teams towards clarity when ambiguity exists.
• Create and maintain department schedules.
• Legal Funnel
• Grow to be a primary Legal POC for Raven, interfacing with our legal team for art approvals.
• Preemptive legal updates -

Providing guidance and direction to teams that are creating new content on how assets should be constructed from the start to avoid legal issues.
• Safe Branding/Graphics -

Working with legal to get graphics/names approved. Creating tickets, providing updates to dev team when legal requests changes, updating legal when changes have been made.
• Real Branding/Real People -

Working with legal to get approval to use real world people, real world branding, IP's outside of our own.
• Asset Approval -

Working with legal to get new/ported assets approved. Creating tickets, providing updates to dev team when legal requests changes, updating legal when changes have been made.

Required Skills:
• 4 years+ work experience in game industry with hard production skills.
• Contributed to two or more shipped titles.
• Experience managing producers.
• Experience with JIRA, Gantt / calendar scheduling production, Confluence, Shotgrid, and Smartsheets.
• Advocate for accountability in documentation.
• Familiarity with Call of Duty Campaigns & Warzone products and associated content categories.
• Effective communicator, verbally, visually, and in explicit written form.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
• Exhibits self-awareness and emotional maturity.

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
