Your Mission

As our Warzone Expert VFX Artist, you are a key driver in cross-studio collaboration efforts, working closely with partner studios and external developers to build riveting and authentic visual experiences that will be enjoyed by millions of gamers across the globe. You will be a trusted gatekeeper of VFX aesthetic quality, performance, efficiency, and technical guidelines that you and other artists adhere to. Above all, we are seeking an innovative and dedicated leader to help tell our story.

You Will…
• Collaborate with team members to deliver epic VFX content in accordance with design guidelines, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Research subject matter relating to objectives to ensure an authentic experience.
• Be a proactive self-starter that can independently implement high-level direction.
• Encourage, mentor ,and train fellow artists as a role model of initiative, accountability, and demeanor.
• Lead VFX artists to thrive on open and welcome constructive feedback.
• Champion standard processes and advocate towards streamlining tools and processes.
• Collaborate with others to ensure VFX requirements and plans are understood.
• Contribute creative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ total years working as a Senior, Lead, or Expert VFX artist.
• Dynamic portfolio demonstrating a focus and dedication to excellent visual effects and process.
• Highly skilled in all areas of 3D VFX principals and techniques.
• Ability to lead by example echoed through a professional and egoless personality.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills.

Extra Points:
• Experience in a secondary art area such as texturing, modeling, scripting, animation, or lighting.
• Additional experience in traditional art

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
