We are looking for a Design Manager to advocate for, develop, and inspire our design team. You will actively partner with the design team as you help define career goals, identify growth opportunities, and mentor our incredible team of designers. In this role you will not be developing content or overseeing project work; instead, you will be developing world-class talent, expertise, and leadership.

We're looking for someone who is well-rounded across the game design discipline and has experience managing creative teams and projects. In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
