Publicity Coordinator - Pure Flix

Reporting to the VP of Publicity and Communications and serving as an integral member of the marketing team, the Publicity coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing all project logistics. From overseeing the creation and maintenance of documents, to doing necessary research on talent and projects, this role is essential to help ensure quality control. The coordinate will help liaise within the various departments within Pure Flix and Sony and will help ideate on upcoming titles.

Responsibilities
• Oversee Wrike as the project management tool for more efficient production workflow
• Create and maintain publicity calendar, key dates documents, wrap up report pdfs, company presentations, talent itineraries and other documents as needed
• Provide necessary research as needed on talent, projects and outside organizations as needed and IMDb updates
• Set meetings and maintain agendas/ recaps
• Attending various publicity meetings and contribute in strategy and brainstorm sessions and assist with event planning/ talent handling

Qualifications
• 1 - 3 preferred years of experience working in publicity or related entertainment industry
• Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, drop box, YouTube
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple high priorities at once
