Job Description

The Director Advertising Revenue will oversee current revenue activities as well as the overall revenue strategy for streaming locally while working closely with the international team on day-to-day operational considerations. They will manage and expand existing partnerships while devising and securing new partners and revenue opportunities
• You will be responsible for the local advertising revenue tactics of Pluto TV
• You will optimize the current and future ad revenue opportunities across direct and programmatic business
• You will oversee relationships with ad sales partners to maximize revenue opportunities
• You will closely collaborate with different ad operations teams (internal and external)
• Drive new tech initiatives to and be responsible to drive revenues targets
• Conduct quarter business reviews and deliver partner feedback to Pluto TV's product and engineering teams
• Partner with key executives across the organization to align on strategy and tactics to drive growth
• Serving as an internal expert and promoter on important business trends, best practices, and ad technologies
• Critically analyze ad monetization KPIs, gather data findings and identify improvement potential
• Develop strategies to improve the ad setup in our product.
• Conduct experiments on a continuous basis to improve key KPIs.
• Monitor results and track down the root of incidents.
• Manage relationships with networks & partners.
• Refine your skills by exchanging knowledge with other team members.
• Develop and manage revenue forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics infrastructure to deliver predictable and insightful intelligence to various stakeholders within the organization

That's why we want you to have:
• Experience in ad sales/ technology is essential within a media or Video-on-Demand/OTT service Experience of programmatic media ecosystem (i. e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, trading desks, etc.)
• Experience with ad serving systems (FreeWheel is a plus)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Leadership experience across cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management and partner relationship skills.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively
