For our office in Stockholm, we are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the opportunity to be part of an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced entertainment brand.

The role

The Channel Editor is part of the Nordic Programming & Content Department and is responsible for the entire day-to-day operations of multiple channels by maintaining content standards and implementing schedules within strict timelines. The Programming & Content Department is responsible for the strategy for all on-air schedules for our linear-style channels as well as the Video-on-Demand section.

Main responsibilities:
• Evaluate and coordinate content inventory (series, shows, episodes, etc.) in our Content Management System.
• Be the first point of contact for programming and media planning for all operational queries questions relating to the channels.
• Ensure content, including its editorial metadata, is packaged while following technical and regulatory standards.
• Ensuring that the linear and non-linear schedules are published for linear and non-linear on time and meet editorial guidelines.
• Maintaining clear, concise and up to date documentation about the channels.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone with a keen interest and enthusiasm in working within the fast-moving media industry. You have a passion for content and entertainment – particularly for TV, movies, and streaming. In addition, you have:
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Media experience in television or TV streaming platforms with some knowledge of television
• and/or broadcasting technology is preferred.
• You must have excellent written and verbal skills in English and Swedish.
• Experience in photo and video editing is a plus.
