Workplace Analyst
San Mateo, CA (Hybrid*)
The Workplace Analyst is a dynamic role that blends the responsibilities of program management with real estate analysis to support our global real estate strategy. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels. The Workplace Analyst will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Real Estate Strategy to manage key projects, analyze real estate data, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making for our real estate portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Program Management:
• Coordinate and manage real estate projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate project information and updates to stakeholders of varying levels.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline project management workflows and improve efficiency.
• Real Estate Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support real estate decision-making.
• Prepare detailed financial models and projections to evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Monitor and report on market trends, property performance, and other key metrics to inform strategy.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of real estate investment proposals to senior management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on real estate-related projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Comms, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of real estate initiatives.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions.
What We're Looking for:
• Experience:
• 10-15 years of experience in real estate analysis, program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to track and manage action items and critical path milestones on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, PMP) is a plus.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
