We are looking for an inspirational and hardworking person to join the Information Security team at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE)! You'll be joining an exciting innovative team, who are unified in their mission to make PlayStation the best and most secure gaming platform. This support is fulfilled by minimizing the impact of our projects on our partners while ensuring the security needs are met. This role is highly technical and requires a shown grasp of security principles and how they are applied to an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple, large, cross-regional, multi-functional initiatives with multi-level dependencies
• Work closely with security engineers and engineering managers to create detailed execution plans, understand technical dependencies, define use-cases and encouraged outcomes
• Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external partners to estimate efforts, define achievements, execute, and deliver with high standards
• Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks and communicate status to leadership and partners
• Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities. Get results proactively
• Contribute to establishing or improving standard methodologies and metrics for the organization with standard practices and continuous improvement
• Participate in high level multi-functional meetings to represent security, ability to technically assess what is required from Information Security teams
• Ability to drive conversations to identify the requirements are accurate
• Ability to identify technical dependencies required to meet the desired ask
• Expectation to maintain and grow their high-level technical expertise, through official training, OJT training, technical conferences, and certifications program

Key Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, working across engineers, product management, program management, and all levels of leadership
• A strong desire to partner and build lasting, positive relationships across the company
• Self-starting, self-managing, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized while driving multiple projects
• Demonstrable ability to influence beyond the immediate team and establish shared goals across multiple leaders
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-organization projects, resolving blockers, and delivering on-time and on-budget
• 4+ years of experience working in a technology environment; focused on Technical Program management
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure and associated technology and tools required for these implementations
• Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum, in addition to Waterfall
• Experience with Release Planning; specifically working with business partners to prioritize projects while also working with resource managers to understand capacity for set releases as desired
• Previously demonstrated a technical foundation and skillset in past roles either by (and/or), Technical Manager, Individual team member, team lead or previous Technical Program management experience

Required Technical Skills
• Experience with ticketing systems (Atlassian, ServiceNow, etc.) - ability to create custom dashboards, and understanding of how to run as a source of truth
• Experience with spreadsheets and presentations
• Ability to extract and work with large datasets for organizing projects, reporting progress, and measuring success
• Strong knowledge and background in Cloud hosting and Infrastructure technologies
• Understanding of software development principles and processes
• Technical capability to understand technical designs

Desired Experiences
• Industry recognized professional certification such as GPPA, Security+, CCNP, CCSE, CISSP
• Experience with or current understanding of security policies and procedures
• Direct experience with security infrastructure engineering
• Basic understanding of Scripting (e.g., PERL, Python, shell scripting)
• 2+ years of that experience working with Information Security focused teams
• Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Excel or similar)
