The Global Sales and Business Operations (GSBO) team brings together staff from around the world, with a passion for engaging gamers with PlayStation's extraordinary products and services. GSBO teams are located in countries across the globe, balancing local relevance with a global perspective. Across our Direct to Consumer, channel partners, and services business, our teams work cross-functionally to bring the best of the PlayStation experience to markets and channels around the world.

Working as part of a large global team of build specialists this team will be responsible for ensuring that experiences are delivered in a timely manner with a focus on quality. This is a pivotal role in a new global team to help us deliver more relevant experiences to our consumers at a market level - building out the store based on DGS priorities, working closely with the services team on monthly content drops and ensuring we can deliver more localized editorial content. There will need to be some flexibility in the teams roles and responsibilities during peak times (e.g. delivery of Spartacus or during peak periods).

What you'll be doing:
• Working as part of a team delivering a best in class store experience
• Working closely with the Games, Services and Editorial teams to ensure briefs are followed for key title launches, content drops and Discover Collections across PS4, PS5 and web / mobile
• Work closely with the channel optimization team on store inventory changes and what this means for day to day merchandising of the store experience
• Manage specialist tools like Freewheel and Univex as well as EMS
• Adhering to best practices and processes with the CRO / Creative Services / DGS / Operations and Customer Service teams
• Contribute to work streams to help increase team efficiency and improve quality of delivery
• Working closely with Incident Management and the Optimization teams within CRO to resolve incidents related to PS Store Merchandising.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or relative qualification standard)
• Over 2 years experience working with CMS tools and Data Management Platforms
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across different regions
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, sense of humour, and a drive for results
• High degree of of interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to self motivate
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of PlayStation consumers and passion for PlayStation content
