Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager in San Francisco, CA to analyze software requirements and recommend possible implementations and process improvements for top executives to consider. Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of software development experience working on full software lifecycle and software product releases. Prior experience must include three (3) years of executing delivery and maintenance of consumer electronics based software; developing technical program schedules, roadmaps, software requirements and design documentation, evaluating technical trade-offs, conducting risk analysis and mitigation planning of software application delivery for proprietary firmware; performing technical release management for software deployment and monitoring; modeling flow of data including necessary authentication and encryption; describing solutions and architecture for software applications; working with international cross-functional teams to identify and implement application features for consumer electronics; performing data analytics; aligning software delivery to match factory manufacturing cycles and service lifecycles; working with application build pipelines for continuous integration and delivery; managing co-development of inter-process communication protocol between application and firmware layers; working with database-driven applications using JavaScript, C#/.NET; and managing MySQL, database schema.
