Senior Supply Chain and Business Operations Manager
Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) - PlayStation is looking for a Senior Supply Chain and Business Operations Manager in our Supply Chain organization. This position will focus on the Supply Chain Network modeling and innovative initiatives that make up the company's long-term roadmap and will support early stage evaluation of feasibility by collaborating cross-functionally in building robust business cases. This role will also lead model building and financial evaluations to help determine what is needed operationally to support the execution.

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Network Modeling
• High business acumen & Expert knowledge in modeling complex supply chain & sales data to structure models supporting business continuity, efficiency, and speed to market. Examples:
• Storage & space models
• Network Optimization (location x logistics costs and customer reach)
• Structures supply chain information such as Product inbound>assembly>NPI launch, highlighting constraints to support Commercial decisions. (Launch dates, PSD exclusivity, launch volumes per country, etc. as well as any risks).
• Peak Planning – plans strategically ahead providing context to any constraints to support delivery of high volumes for the Holiday season (fostering into the NPI milestones)
• Continuous Improvement - Responsible for process mapping, identifying gaps and leading continuous improvement initiatives in support of RTB.
Strategic Commercial Operations in support of the Supply chain organization:
• Conducts weekly S&OP (FG Availability meeting) in the US to align executives on sales, forecast, performance and operational execution (inbound, assembly, capacity, sales orders and logistics) aligned and prioritized to strategic goals (VP level).
• Aligns cross functionally the optimal inventory positions and WOS to support sales goals.
• Long Term Roadmap planning –– Defines operational scenarios, creates transparency & alignment globally across the executive leadership team.
• Governance Management: Structures New Product Roadmap information for on time governance approvals in different forums (GCOG, SCI, etc) by working cross functionally (strategic seihan, marketing & finance) (1P, 3P, HW, PE) (18-36 mos).
• Drives innovation by acting as an ''incubator'' by helping gathering requirements to create a business case, structuring cross-functional process for new global product requests. (3P category for PSD, customization, merchandise, employee store rollout, etc). Works cross-functionally to create a LTV assessment for the requests creating a long term proposal overview.

• Contract management, planning
• Supply Chain Finance
• SAP
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or Supply Chain Management. Master's degree/MBA is preferred
• 10+ years professional experience in Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Distribution or Logistics
• Proven experience in new product introduction and program management, governance management.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication organizational, financial, and business acumen skills
• Ability to work with data, do reports and build insights.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$117,200 - $175,800 USD
