Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer in San Diego, CA to continuously improve software tools, processes, and push the limits of the technologies used. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) based e-commerce web applications utilizing Java and Spring. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience integrating Hybris with third party applications and services; creating custom hybris extensions, impex scripts and back office cockpit customization to add new attributes and item types to the hybris data models; utilizing process engine, cron job and event framework in Hybris to create, manage and schedule time-based or event-based actions in a hybris cluster environment; migrating from external to internal services; adding plug and play features to Hybris, including Email Marketing, Abandoned Cart Emails, Roles and Permissions; implementing and improving monitoring, logging and alerting, utilizing Dynatrace, Kibana, and Big Panda; evaluating SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) version features and executing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform upgrades; leveraging SonarQube and Junit frameworks to maintain code quality standards and application code coverage; drafting technical design and mapping documents and sequence flow diagrams for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) services; and, in executing duties, utilizing Mac OS, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Java, Spring, Source tree, Apache Tomcat, IntelliJ IDEA, Apache Ant and Eclipse IDE.
