Senior ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)

We have an amazing opportunity for a driven Sr ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join the People Technology and Services team! The Sr. Developer will serve as a strong thought partner to the HR Operations and HR Center of Excellence teams to provide global process excellence and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with HR and IT to develop the ServiceNow HRSD product vision and strategy; responsible for supporting the product roadmap to ensure the technical and business priorities are fully aligned.
• Take ownership of ServiceNow HRSD project and enhancement backlog; regularly prioritize projects and enhancements based on business needs; collaborate with internal partners to ensure optimal design and delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and HR on implementations and release management; understand status, risks and dependencies, and provide recommendations on new functionalities. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future features by reviewing specifications and requirements with customers.
• Lead system implementation projects and enhancements. Responsibilities include leading discovery meetings, creating user stories and workflow diagrams, gathering and documenting requirements, configurations, leading prototype review sessions, testing, deployment and training; provide recommendations on post launch support model. Act as Business Analyst to translate business requirements to system requirements.
• Define and obtain customer agreement for product definition and delivery approach.
• Derive insight from data and using it to transform business and/or operations.
• Create system documentation and SOP/Quick Reference Guide for training.
• Perform vendor management activities including contract management and critical issues; where appropriate, coordinate vendor activities to ensure project success.
• Initiate and maintain issues logs, taking responsibility for identifying and coordinating resolution of all technical and business issues. Manage and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate project activities as appropriate; ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Guide and monitor work performance.
• Effectively communicate with team members, partners, senior management, and contacts. Communicate project status to identified partners through routine status reports and meetings.

​Qualifications:
• 8+ years of professional experience in product management or technology implementations.
• Hands-on configurations/developer experience (including writing scripts) with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform required, including case management, knowledge base management and portal management required.
• At least 1 full cycle ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation required.
• Experience working in a global company is preferred.
• Experience with HCM and related integrations preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with a diverse base of audience at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in managing abstract business problems.
• Experience working and negotiating with external vendors.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable, transparent product roadmap.
• Experience with Agile methodology, design thinking or product management standard processes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a fast-moving, team environment with prominent ambiguity and complexity.
• Ability to work in teams and work independently with minimum supervision.
• General consulting skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, demonstrated initiative.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
