Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead teams to deliver multiple impactful machine learning products and capabilities, across multiple areas of ML/AI such as NLP, conversational AI, recommenders, computer vison, etc. You should have a strong technical ability, demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire your team to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. You have previously led or built strong teams of hardworking engineers and you enjoy working with exceptional people.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of machine learning engineers to architect, build, deploy and support machine learning and AI systems that provide the best gaming experience for our customers.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects. Estimate, plan, and slice projects to deliver frequent value to production.
• Build and develop a high energy, committed, motivated engineering team focusing on engineering and operational excellence to deliver amazing business results.
• Collaborate across business units and product teams to develop and execute against the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day activities of engineering team using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Collaborate with team members from offices in the US, UK and Japan

Requirements:
• You have built and led high performing ML/AI engineering teams
• You are experienced in building large scale robust ML/AI systems in production with high scalability and availability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
• Solid experience/understanding with one or more following ML/AI areas: natural language understanding, speech/dialog, search, recommendation, reinforcement learning, computer vision.
• Experience and familiarity with modern MLOps tech stacks and tooling
