Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Analyst is a client-facing role aimed at providing data analysis and reporting for multiple stakeholders within the PlayStation ecosystem.

This role interacts with internal customers to guide business requirements for telemetry projects and engage stakeholders via training sessions to present data collected in Adobe Analytics, as well as other tools.

In addition, this role also helps perform validation checks to ensure data quality meets the highest standards, allowing product owners to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Successful candidates will be able to leverage data to drive and enable a self-serving culture within the SIE organization.

The responsibilities listed are not all inclusive and additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
• Provide data analysis via Adobe Analytics and other BI tools for subject matter experts in specific business verticals
• Expert at data storytelling to ensure stakeholders can consume the wealth of valuable data we have available
• Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Validate and debug implementation and follow through on issues until resolved
• Deliver training and workshops to help stakeholders learn to self-serve and improve their understanding of data available
• Creation of dashboards
• Some PowerPoint presentation creation

Qualifications
• 1-3 years' experience working in digital analytics or a related field
• Solid understanding of online marketing
• Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols
• Passion for using technology to solve business problems
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, proactive and dedicated to customer success
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Desired qualifications
• Extensive experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools
• Experience with Adobe Launch or similar tag management systems
• Experience in Domo, Snowflake, or other databases and BI tools
• Experience in large-scale software engineering organizations (Agile or related experience)
