PlayStation is putting our DE&I strategy into action, and we are looking for our next passionate team member. The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Portfolio & Operations Manager will report to the Global Head of DE&I and provide portfolio management and manage the operations of the team to enable Sony Interactive Entertainment's (SIE) global DE&I vision.

You will be responsible for leading the management of the Global DE&I, Social Justice, and Employee Network (eNet) budget, the processing and tracking of the team's and eNet event and swag order contracts and purchase orders. In addition to these key business operations, you will be responsible for completing/submitting key annual indexes on behalf of the company, as well as managing incoming DE&I requests and triaging across the team.

The DE&I Portfolio & Operations Manager will be expected to have strong skills in the areas of: budget and contract management, communication (written, interpersonal, meeting facilitation), collaboration with cross functional partners and collaborators, problem solving, and prioritization. Responsibilities:

The Portfolio & Operations Manager will focus on the following:

Portfolio Management (50%)
• Work with the project leads to develop project plans, including project life cycles, project requirements, RACI/resource requirements, organizational change processes, risk management, key achievements, communication mechanisms, and results.
• Facilitate project retrospectives and ensure project closeout reports are completed.
• Ensure needed approvals and signoffs obtained on all deliverables.
• Update internal department calendars to ensure programs and projects do not conflict with other company programs/announcements.
• Ensure the management and communications of project elements, including weekly project communications, detailed task management, definition of project phases and landmarks, workflow trafficking, defining and managing of deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide calendar creation and management, working within SIE's workflow and project management tools, daily huddles and weekly standing meetings, as well as outreach to and management of key initiative partners and collaborating departments and teams (such as regional DE&I partners, eNet leaders, etc.) as part of the project management process.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall partner expectations and company objectives.

Business Operations Management (40%)
• Manage the Global DE&I, Social Justice, and eNet budget through quarterly forecasting, aggregating program spend across regions, and tracking project spend.
• Manage DE&I and eNet event and swag order contracts (submitting requests, managing drafts, gathering key documents).
• Ensure all contracts are paid through company Purchase Order process.
• Coordinate and facilitate budget meetings with key business partners to meet business critical deadlines.
• Supervise internal review, approval, presentations preparation and presentation delivery.
• Maintain a repository for DE&I assets (logos, templates, distribution lists).
• Meet with individual team leads, as needed, to discuss their project(s) and deliverable(s) and implement the relevant business operations needed to support.
• Work with teams across the business to develop documentation, including cross-functional processes and templates.
• Continuously identify & implement process changes & improvements and planning methodologies to improve performance across projects.
• Track and triage incoming DE&I requests.

Annual Index Management (10%)
• Manage SIE's annual submissions to external indexes by ensuring registration, working with cross-functional teams to gather updates to previous years answers.
• Plan, organize, and assess opportunities to improve score in future year indexes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or relevant work experience
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with contract management processes.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar global budgets, including forecasting, purchase order reconciliation, and annual budget requests.
• Ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks, complete tasks on schedule and respond to deadlines, and interact effectively with people inside and outside the organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
