You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are tested thoroughly against relevant TRC reference material and the department functions as a professional efficient team. You will get to work on ground-breaking hardware and video-games within a large multicultural, multi region team; helping us drive and build the future of games & Compliance Testing. What you'll be doing:aa
• Investigating new TRC situations/problems encountered by Compliance testers and communicating any findings to other Compliance Team Leaders / Supervisors
• Daily workload evaluation and co-ordination of Compliance Testing team
• Discuss theories and opinions on new TRC guidelines/TRC Test cases/Testing procedures
• Daily review and reporting on product test status or progress
• Ensuring bug reports are accurate and set to Publisher Review status
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of up to date TRC Knowledge to enable you to answer queries from Management
• Develop and mentor compliance test staff through 1 on 1s
• Monitoring bug reports from other territories and cross referencing where necessary
• Educating your direct test team when encountering poorly written bug reports
• Signing of discs / removable storage devices in and out of the Mastering Lab
• Performance management of your direct test team including carrying our quarterly reviews and highlighting under performers and high performers
Desired qualifications/experience
• Up to date TRC knowledge
• Ability to showcase emotional intelligence
• Leadership experience
• Adept at frontline troubleshooting and support
• Knowledge of PlayStation or any other platform compliance requirements
• Passion for video games
