Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Manager, Business Systems Analysis in San Diego, CA to provide strategic direction, oversight, and support for business systems within internal business group. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience leading teams in developing and supporting a broad portfolio of systems to meet business needs. Prior experience must include five (5) years of leading business analysis service to provide support with quantitative and qualitative analysis for operational teams; working with systems end-users, functional business units, development teams, and with department directors on system architecture, design requirements, and systems development and deployment; leading system integration and enhancement initiatives, and working with functional IT teams to standardize software systems; utilizing financial systems and processes and collaborating with department FP&A team to develop tools to meet operational and financial requirements; applying accounting and FP&A best practices to design effective system controls and integrate them with financial processes; and utilizing and performing data warehouse/BI design, dimensional modeling, MS Access, relational databases, SQL, and Linux, Apache, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, and PostgreSQL environments.
