Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to join our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) team. As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for migrating, creating, organizing, and maintaining knowledge resources within the HRSD ServiceNow platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to HRSD users, enabling efficient self-service and improved service delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Migration: Work with subject matter experts throughout the business to identify knowledge to transfer from legacy systems into ServiceNow.
• Knowledge Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR teams to identify, capture, and document knowledge articles, policies, procedures, and best practices within the HRSD domain.
• Content Organization: Organize and structure knowledge content in a logical and user-friendly manner within the ServiceNow knowledge management system, ensuring easy navigation and searchability.
• Content Maintenance: Regularly review and update existing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on knowledge content to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Knowledge Governance: Develop and enforce knowledge management standards, guidelines, and processes to maintain the integrity and usability of knowledge resources.
• Training and Adoption: Provide training and guidance to HRSD teams on utilizing the ServiceNow knowledge management system effectively, promoting self-service and knowledge-sharing culture.
• User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to knowledge-related issues, offering expertise and guidance to improve knowledge retrieval and usage.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement, propose enhancements, and implement best practices to optimize knowledge management processes.
• New Features: Support the Knowledge product by participating in UAT for new enhancements and upgrades to the software.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in knowledge management will be a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or a similar role, preferably within an HR service delivery environment.
• HRSD ServiceNow Expertise: Proficiency in working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the knowledge management module, is essential.
• Knowledge Management Skills: Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including content creation, organization, maintenance, and governance.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze knowledge usage data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving knowledge resources and user experience.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, HR teams, and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in knowledge content creation and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve knowledge management issues in a timely manner.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
