The creative talents across the Global Design Center (GDC) organization work hard to deliver design
excellence through the various initiatives across Sony Interactive Entertainment. Team members work

As a Producer in the GDC Strategy Office, our goal is to make GDC the best place to Design and Create.
Through team collaboration, we work hard to scale and enable our GDC teams to be more efficient,
productive and optimized.

You Will:
• Create and establish efficient processes and clear documentation.
• Partner with GDC Managers to capacity plan and identify and communicate resource gaps.
• Drive clear proactive communications between all groups involved with Design initiatives.
• Stay aligned with the Design vision, strategy & roadmap to support the successful implementation of cross-platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with Producers within the Strategy Office to support the entire GDC.
• Coordinate and contribute to GDC communications.
• Exhibits leadership skills by advocating standards, anticipating future problems and issues, and seeks to improve processes and tools for the program to cultivate a fun, positive, and solution-focused team culture.
• Collate, distill and communicate key information with Design, Research, Writing and Localization teams to ensure each department receives the data needed to make informed decisions specific to their team.
• Ability to work independently to drive impact and capable of working through ambiguity.
• Provides detailed and timely communication on developing issues to partner Producers, Managers and Leaders.

Experience:
• A motivated self-starter with a strong understanding of user-centered design practices and design life cycle.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to make timely decisions.
• Ability to proactively provide solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Previous experience utilizing agile methodologies and principles.
• Ability to lead both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
• Excel in conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management.
• At least 5 years working in the technology and games industries.
• Comfortable working with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence), MS Office 360, Figma and other project management software.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$116,500 - $174,700 USD
