Why PlayStation?

The Role:
• Accountable for guiding the project throughout the development and approval process
• Coordination of requests between external developers and PlayStation services
• Support review, feedback, and validation process to deliver upon PlayStation Studios' quality standards
• Build alignment between all stakeholders, ensuring IP holder and brand needs are met
• Regular reporting and communication of all changes to established priorities, deliverables, and timelines
• Proactive identification and management of project risks
• Organisation and verification of project results
• Tracking of project costs and payments against their approved budgets
• Effectively present the project and its details to other audiences
• Invoke, advise and improve PlayStation mobile development best practices

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of Production experience in the video games industry
• An open communicator, you are respectful of others and an active listener
• Proactive, organised, can multi-task and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of game production methods and tools
• Able to work independently to drive impact, and clearly communicate needs and context to leadership
• You have a passion for game development with a deep understanding of mobile game mechanics and first-hand knowledge of what it takes to execute at a AAA quality level
• Experience working with internal and external partners, and world-renowned brands, a strong plus
• Fluency in Chinese Mandarin or Korean a plus
