Digital Merchandising Associate Manager

The Digital Merchandising Associate Manager is a key member of the PlayStation Direct global team. This role is critical to deliver an innovative consumer experience to grow our business. This will be accomplished through compelling content putting the player at the center of everything we do. You will collaborate across teams to ensure a holistic approach in our go to market strategy.

Core Responsibilities
• Align teams on opportunities and lead efforts for content planning and calendar for the site
• Category and site responsibility with guidance from the team
• Leveraging site metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities within the site
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across a variety of stakeholders
• Work closely with our SEO team on initiatives, track performance and assist in developing action plans
• Develop and scale PSD Editorial program
• Ensure taxonomy and product classifications provide a seamless journey
• Uncover and address key friction points within the PDP while developing data-driven insights & recommendations to drive attach

Qualifications
• 3-5 years digital merchandising or equivalent experience
• High attention to detail and customer focus
• Bias for action and ability to be flexible
• Data driven in your approach
• Passion for e-commerce
• Creative and open-minded professional who is adaptive to change and able to function in a dynamic business environment, under tight deadlines
• Naturally curious
• Strong verbal and written skills

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$100,300 - $150,500 USD
