The Partners Data Engineering team (LA) provides data pipe, warehousing and analytics solutions for the PlayStation Partners Platform - a vital collection of applications and services used by our partners (content creators, game developers and publishers) worldwide to create and publish games and content on PlayStation.

What you'll be doing:

You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle working alongside several other regional and global teams spread across London, Liverpool, Los Angeles and San Mateo.

Working with Business Stakeholders, Product Management and our engineering teams you will help to define technical product solutions - from initial research through to development, delivery and iteration - breaking down the solution into clear, value adding work!

Throughout this process you will plan and prioritize delivery, and communicate the execution to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will own the quality of the delivered product and features.
• Building, prioritizing and maintaining the team backlog in Epics and Stories.
• Use your ability to understand inter and intra-team dynamics and dependencies to help us work together well
• Breaking features down into smaller stories to enable the development of releasable content in each sprint
• Define and monitor metrics that drive the success of our products and feature development
• Communicate with our business partners effectively on the team's progress towards our objectives and vision.
• Work with our Technical Leads to ensure that innovation and technical debt features are prioritized alongside the business features.
• You will be guiding the stakeholder group to ensure that the engineering team are delivering the most value to the wider organization and articulating value in clear business terms to business stakeholders and to the technical delivery resources alike. You will drive the evolution of our business facing products and services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers across the organizations to fuel continuous improvement of our processes.
• Work along side our product discovery initiatives and roadmaps.

What we are looking for:
• 3 years' of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Domo, Tableau, and other visualizations tools, and using SQL to build reports and dashboards.
• Experience with collaborating with other team members towards a holistic data strategy and platform.
• Have experience working with technical and business team members to deliver a large, technical project

• Have an intuitive foresight to identify potential issues from a distance and be flexible to change or drive to a respectful resolution. Have the ability to usher complex issues into a consensus among your colleagues.
• Have excellent writing, verbal, social and decision-making skills, and be self-motivated and highly organized.

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS
