Contract Business Process Documentation Specialist

Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a contract Business Process Documentation Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team to document and map current and future state hiring processes. You will work with partners and SME's to document current Talent Acquisition processes as well as help to detail the future state of our operating procedures. In this role you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Responsibilities:
• Performs current state process mapping and documentation
• Able to establish recommendations for changes to procedure documentation
• Designs future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation
• Communicates effectively with team members, and management
• Finds opportunities for operations excellence
• Delivers training to global teams based on process documentation
• Build and maintain reporting decks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of business process modeling
• Experience crafting Visio diagrams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Lucid Charts
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting processes a plus
