Co Brand Acquisition Manager
San Diego, CA (Collab)
Responsibilities:
• Cobrand Partnership Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategic channel plans, stemming from annual planning in partnership with issuing banks and aligning with SIE business/consumer objectives and strategic direction for the portfolio.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Act as lead for Cobrand product liaison across SIE, leading execution plans with existing partners (CRO, PSD, CRM).
• Customer Experience: Support acquisition efforts and improve customer experience for new co brand products once launched by following established methodologies for payment products, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Offer Development: Collaborate with key businesses within SIE (i.e. PS Plus, PSD) to develop compelling offers that meet business and consumer objectives and issuing banks profitability criteria.
• Channel Optimization: Optimize SIE owned acquisition channels; lead acquisition strategy & execution plans for paid media, social, and new growth opportunities with issuing banks and card networks.
• Target Audience Segmentation: Support audience strategy recommendations / models and develop targeted strategies to drive reach and scale.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Attain a comprehensive understanding of acquisition reporting and data. Assume responsibility for acquisition reporting and analytics, delivering plans and results to internal collaborators and SIE executives.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the acquisition bank liaison with issuing banks, SIE and creative agency. Support overall management of creative agency.
• Collaborative Interaction with Various Teams: Take charge of coordinating and leading all aspects of new processes during the program transition. This includes overseeing pre-screening, acquisition flow, landing pages, personalization, and creative reviews.
• Establish relationships with new SIE channel owners – PS Stars/Loyalty team, SIE Brand, Paid Media, AIM + SIE Support functions (Finance, Legal, Analytics, etc.)

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
