Audience Operations Lead- San Mateo

In this role you will be an operations lead on SIE's Global Marketing Technology team. As part of the Martech team, you will play a key role in crafting and evolving the way that we connect with our consumers both on and off of the PlayStation platform.

We are looking to fill a new Audience Operations Lead role on the MarTech team, specializing in audience activation and operations enterprise solutions. In this role you will further enable our global marketing organization to use our first party data to put the customer first in all of our marketing communication by translating our audience marketing strategy into practical execution. Together as gamer and customer experience advocates, we can show how PlayStation is truly the Best Place to Play.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with marketing and agency partners across all marketing regions as the subject matter expert on our ecosystem of data and provide direction to our team of marketing operators to enable audience targeting on our marketing campaigns across our owned and paid channels
• Partner with the Audience Marketing Strategy lead and related working groups to design enterprise operating solutions that enable audience strategy across our marketing tech stack
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to
• Influence collaborators on campaign direction, using data-based insights with the goal of optimally achieving business objectives that make the most of our team's operational resources
• Lead business analysts and vendor resources effectively with clear standard methodologies and guidelines to support team members across the business
• Work as part of our MarTech SCRUM team to deliver value to audience activation, employing operational optimizations that bring our operations to scale across the portfolio that has a clear operational vision across all of our tech stack
• Ensure the efficient and successful delivery of all customer segments to global marketing platforms

Qualifications:
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse group of established partners including marketing, technical teams, and agencies across different regions and cultures
• Adept at translating business needs into concrete recommendations that result in efficient operational processes and outputs across teams and a large marketing tech stack
• Experience with working with a variety of marketing platforms and channels, including but not limited to email, paid media, and custom tools
• Experience working with martech/adtech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DMPs, Publisher and Social Partners, etc)
• Lead the development of analytical frameworks to help deploy clean tests related to lifecycle marketing, targeting segmentation strategies, cohort analysis and tracking, churn prevention, A/B and multivariate tests, and reporting dashboard design and development
• SQL programming experience required
• 3 years' experience working with relational databases
• 5 years' marketing analytics experience
• 3 years' experience working on cross functional projects that include marketing, product and engineering, and data sciences
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and lead working groups across established partners including marketing, technical teams, and agencies
• BA/BS degree
• Clear communicator with strong presentation-making skills that effectively present data and projects in a compelling way, both verbal and written, to influence business decisions
• Demonstrate a strong ability in translating analytical insights out of complex to recommend enterprise solutions to complex business problems
• Passionate about gaming and video game culture
• Experienced with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy
• You are an analytical problem solver who is data driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
• You thrive in a collaborative work environment and excel under pressure, with experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
• You are flexible and versatile in nature, able to overcome challenges while maintaining a positive attitude and even a sense of humor
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves to take on tasks with the team
