Department overview:

As an Associate Manager in Product Planning, you will be a key member of the PlayStation Studios product team. You will work with a global team that is responsible for:
• Centralising and managing information related to PlayStation Studios business and production interests.
• Supporting IP integration and licensing opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining portfolio and franchise level overviews.

You will help ensure several PlayStation Studios teams are fully up-to-date on product plans and work with various groups within the organisation to centralise, maintain, and distribute various portfolio wide reports.

What you'll be doing:
• Centralize and manage information related to PSS business and production interests
• Distribute monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc informational reports across various development, production, and business groups.
• Gather information for, maintain, and manage distribution of various tracking reports.
• Liaise and collaborate with legal to manage inquiries and master IP ownership list
• As needed, support Product Planning Management with projects related to various business and production interests.

What we are looking for:
• 2 to 3 years Business/Commercial experience of which with a portion within the game industry
• 1-2 years' experience working in a commercial role such as Sales and/or Marketing
• Strong communications skills. Japanese language skills are preferred and a plus.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Have worked at a Video Game publishing company either in a Marketing or Sales role preferred
• Critical thinking with strong work ethic and start-up mentality
• Skilled at simplifying and presenting information thoughtfully
