Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in creating photorealistic 3D CG environments for film or TV
• Excellent skills in Maya, organic and hard surface sculpting in Zbrush, Substance Suite, Maya, Nuke, Houdini
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional cinematography skills
• Understanding advanced matte painting techniques including appropriate layering, scene management and reference gathering
• Technical experience in photography or lighting with an emphasis on colour and composition
• Previous experience and competence working with Studio CG pipeline
• Working knowledge of Unreal considered an asset
• Well-developed organization and communication skills (fluent in English and/or German)
• Ability to manage time and priorities tasks to succeed under tight deadlines
• Enjoy being part of a team to collaborate, assist others and be willing to share techniques and skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of quality during shot creation and hand-off.
• Create modeling, textures, shading, lighting, animation(camera and basic mechanical) for objects, environments, or full scenes
• Create scene foundations and shots by placing characters, props and environments according to the storyboard/previz.
• Work closely with the CG and Environment Supervisors and Production to find creative and technical solutions and to meet deadlines ;
• Combine talents in Photoshop, Maya and Nuke, with knowledge of modeling and camera projection techniques to produce 3D and 2D digital environments ;
• Being able to participate in the development of setups for the different stages of production in 3D and solve potential problems ;
• Be able to deliver work within established project targets and the high quality standards of the company ;
• Create complete shots, from a concept or reference to delivery to compositing.
