Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create client invoices and follow up with Producers on outstanding billing approvals
• Responsible for vendor invoice input into SAP
• Act as main point of contact for AP Pixomondo for all vendors in North American East coast offices (Montreal, Toronto)
• Create vendor profile based on standard Pixomondo documents
• Create vendor PO's based on user Shopping carts and ensures GL coding is accurate
• Provide weekly updates on outstanding AP invoices and monthly AP Accruals
• Ensure AP approval processes are compliant with audit requirements - from PO creation to invoice approvals
• Assist with month-end close process - AP and expense accruals
• Provide support in weekly project cost reports
• Involved in year-end close
• Ad-hoc reporting, task and projects as required
• Subject to change depending on how the business fluctuates

Qualifications:
• 2+ years accounting or business operations experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Problem solver. You prefer problems that challenge you to grow.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results
• Team work with remote team members and the ability to create a sound working relationship.
• SAP knowledge a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Shotgun software a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/business or a related field of study
