Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create dynamic animations of camera movements, objects, environments, and full scenes.
• Establish scene foundations and shots by strategically placing characters, props, and environments based on the storyboard/previz.
• Serve as a bridge between animation, special effects (FX), and lighting teams to ensure smooth data hand-offs.
• Assemble, troubleshoot, and perform quality control for all scenes, incorporating published components from upstream departments.
• Effectively communicate with multiple departments to address any potential issues with the provided assets.
• Maintain a consistently high level of quality during shot creation and hand-off.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and exceptional cinematography skills.
• Having a discerning eye for quality control in rendered outputs.
• Receive training in the PXO pipeline to facilitate seamless data flow into lighting.
• Understand matte painting techniques, scene management, and reference gathering.
• Having a general working knowledge of all CG departments
• Exhibit previous experience and proficiency in working with the Studio CG pipeline.
• Demonstrate well-developed organization and communication skills.
• Capable of undertaking delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment, offering assistance to others, and sharing techniques and skills.

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of layout experience.
• A demo reel showcasing strong artistic skills, including a keen sense of color, lighting, perspective, scale, and composition.
• Excellent proficiency in Maya and Arnold.
• Knowledge of additional software such as Houdini, Unreal, Python, ZBrush, and Nuke is a plus.
• Strong skill set in animating, modeling, texturing, lighting, and compositing.
