Job Summary

The Pittsburgh Pirates are looking for a Coordinator of Ballpark Presentation to join our team as a detail-oriented scoreboard creator, preparing the show and helping to build a best-in-class ballpark presentation experience. Our primary organizational focus is to tell the stories of our past, present, and future in ways that connect on an emotional level with our fanbase and future fanbase, using unbridled creativity, risk-taking, and forward-thinking techniques and skillsets. This role works with our creative team and is lead support to Manager, Ballpark Presentation.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with the creative team to update all promotional, sponsor and player graphics for Pirates game day and PNC Park special events.
• Test all gameday content in the scoreboard control room and communicate with producers to make corrections or updates.
• Organize and maintain scoreboard content on the Pirates media management servers.
• Input home and away statistics, preparing relevant and exciting information to show in-game.
• Work and coordinate with the Operations Coordinator, Game Day Presentation to execute daily changes, ensuring correct logos, rosters, and statistics on game days.
• Work with the Manager, Ballpark Presentation and Operations Coordinator, Game Day Presentation to ensure all scripted content and partner promotions have been completed and ready to run in-show.
• Learn multiple control room positions and be available as needed on game days to run graphics, and edit highlights.
• Assist with execution of non-Pirates events at PNC Park.
• Other duties as assigned.
