We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Coordinator, Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of supporting fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and event execution for the Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation.
What You Will Do:
• Support revenue generation by creating sellable fundraising assets, collaborating on purpose-driven partnerships, and activating group sales programs
• Lead charitable fundraising initiatives including in-arena activations, digital campaigns, and signature events
• Cultivate donor relationships through personalized outreach, recap presentations, and strategic engagement moments
• Design and execute community events that align with Foundation goals, maximize visibility, and elevate the guest experience
• Collaborate across departments to ensure branding, messaging, and impact storytelling are integrated into all fundraising efforts
• Other duties as assigned.
What We Need from Our Sr. Coordinator, Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation:
• Ability to build strategic presentations that align business objectives with community impact
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail across multiple initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally with donors and partners

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, sales, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in nonprofit coordination, development, events, or sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain positive relationships with partners and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a sports, entertainment, or corporate social responsibility setting is a plus.
