We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Partnership & Media Sales to assist team members with identifying strategic opportunities, developing creative proposals, and closing deals that drive revenue and deliver measurable impact for brand partners. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
What You Will Do:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Own the full partnership sales process including prospecting, needs assessment, ideation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Build a robust and dynamic pipeline of prospective partners aligned with the Player 15 Group's strategic priorities.
• Craft integrated partnership solutions using assets across media, digital, social, signage, in-arena, and experiential platforms.
• Deliver high-impact proposals and presentations that reflect the innovation and quality of the organization's offerings.
• Consultative Selling & Innovation:
• Utilize a strategic and consultative approach to understand partner objectives and tailor custom solutions accordingly.
• Leverage insights, data, and storytelling to build proposals that deliver brand impact and measurable ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to bring fresh ideas to prospective partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Product Development team to develop compelling partnership concepts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Partnership Strategy & Service teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Pipeline & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
• Provide timely updates to your director and broader sales leadership on key developments, opportunities, and sales activity.
What We Need From Our Manager, Partnership & Media Sales:
• 4–7 years of experience in partnership sales, media sales, or integrated marketing solutions, ideally in the sports, entertainment, or media sectors.
• Strong understanding of the sponsorship and media sales landscape, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level clients.
• Strategic, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and proposal development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
