Responsibilities
The Peacock ad sales strategy team is looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Manager of Ad Product Strategy to help shape the future of advertising by providing strategic oversight of key advertising initiatives related to Peacock.

Through strong collaboration with product owners, this individual will focus on establishing and driving the business case, monetization strategy and market management processes for the full Peacock ad product stack.

This individual must exhibit a passion for advertising and have a solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem and marketplace. The role will report to the VP of Ad Product and Ad Experience Strategy and requires multi-dimensional thinkers who can balance the strategic, analytical and operational aspects of the role.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategic oversight of the entire Peacock Product stack (e.g., Business Intelligence/KPI Reporting, Data Capabilities, Ad Formats, Programmatic, Commerce, Ad Experience, Ad Experimentation) and how it all comes together to align with the go-to-market strategy
• Manage and communicate the holistic Peacock ad product roadmap, making strategic recommendations on prioritization and timing
• Work in collaboration with product owners on key ad product initiatives for Peacock like data, measurement and programmatic
• Lead all Peacock specific product concept development / evaluation (e.g., initial business cases / analytics) in collaboration with the Peacock growth strategy team and product managers
• Lead ad product commercialization process (e.g., GTM, pricing, positioning, packaging, setting sales goals, etc.) in collaboration with the Peacock growth strategy team and product managers
• Lead ad product market management efforts (e.g., meeting sales goals, sunsetting process, client feedback, etc.)
• Lead streaming marketplace / competitive insights to ensure team is kept abreast of marketplace trends

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years previous relevant work experience; media experience at a large network/publisher/agency preferred
• Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity
• A strategic, analytical, and operational-minded thinker with a strong grasp of the rapidly changing media landscape
• Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly
• Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently
• BA/BS required (MBA preferred)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
