The Position
The Peacock Ad Sales Insights & Measurement team is seeking a Manager to join the research team supporting the newly launched streaming service.

The Manager of Peacock Measurement Strategy will oversee measurement and reporting of Peacock for the ad sales organization, focusing on ad innovation strategy, brand impact measurement and positioning in the marketplace. In this role, you will become an expert on Peacock platform insights, current and upcoming advertiser campaigns and the performance of our suite of ad innovations and products.
Our Manager of Peacock Measurement Strategy will be a member of the highly motivated Peacock Ad Sales team at NBC Universal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support VP, Strategy & Development in the creation of detailed analyses, reports, presentations, and sales materials covering NBCU's future-focused initiatives for the company, including Peacock
• Analyze ongoing performance of Peacock and its advertising solutions to inform to the NBCUniversal ad sales organization and its clients
• Work cross functionally with the Ad Sales Strategy, Planning and Operations teams to measure the strength of Peacock's advertising offerings in the marketplace
• Oversee the development of an Analyst, collaborating with you across workstreams
• Platform & Product Analytics
• Produce and maintain actionable reporting and insights including platform usage and ad product performance
• Turn insights and trends into compelling & creative stories by leveraging first party and syndicated data sources
• Synthesize campaign delivery and ad impact results to create proof of performance presentations
• Work in partnership with Primary Research to surface relevant ad product KPIs to complement qualitative analyses
• Collaborate across teams on tool development for Peacock ad sales measurement needs, including but not limited to outlining and maintaining requirements for in comScore, Nielsen, Adobe Analytics reporting
• Client Demand
• Proactively surface market and industry trends for the application to relevant business use-cases
• Mine proprietary and syndicated data sources to align streaming positioning with identified audience segments
• Respond to ad hoc metrics-related queries from ad sales clients and internal colleagues from around the organization
• Aid in developing and executing measurement plans for proving out media effectiveness for Peacock clients, supporting survey development, data analysis and client presentations
• In this role, you will be encouraged to think critically, ask questions and develop a point of view to support your work

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years' experience in digital research at a media brand, agency or supplier
• Successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with a strong interest in advertising/media research and consumer insights
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Focused on cultivating and growing strong internal and external relationships
• Team-oriented and motivated with the flexibility to work effectively under pressure, within a group or independently
• Curious about consumer behavior and media usage
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Act proactively to anticipate and deliver on sales/marketing requests and client needs
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in digital measurement applications and syndicated research tools (Adobe Analytics, comScore Video Metrix, comScore OTT Intelligence, YouGov, MRI Cord Evolution, Nielsen – Npower (SVOD Ratings), AdIntel, TV Brand Effect, Lake 5, etc.)
• Experience with attribution studies a plus
• Knowledge of linear TV measurement and trends a plus
