Position Overview:

This position will be an integral member of the Peacock's Marketing Strategy and Planning team. The Manager will partner with the Peacock finance, content programming, promotional planning, and CRM teams to analyze the customer lifecycle and forecast the impact of discreate retention marketing tactics. The Manager will utilize and improve upon our robust analytics toolkit to help guide retention and reactivation strategy across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the post-signup customer journey for a subscription-based business, and a strong analytics skill set, consistently using one to inform the other. You will be required to think big and dive deep to drive continual improvements to our customer experience, and ability to inform it using data. The Manager will report to the Director, Forecasting & Marketing Strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ownership of subscriber retention and reactivation models, including measurement and forecasting methodology to inform Budget allocation and Long-Range Planning models
• Create accurate, robust and timely retention, reactivation, and net subscriber growth forecasts for weekly, monthly and quarterly platform reviews and financial budgeting requests
• Project impact of retention tactics and build reports and visualizations with marketing key metrics to help the team understand the effectiveness of different campaigns
• Perform deep dive analyses to understand drivers of customer behavior and marketing performance and generate insights for future retention and reactivation tactics
• Partner closely with finance team to forecast spend and financial impact of marketing campaigns and CRM strategy, and impacts to available budgets and financial targets
• Conduct ad hoc retention marketing analysis and manage cross-functional projects
• Regularly monitor key performance indicators on a granular level to analyze and account for unexpected model variances from actuals to continuously update and enhance forecasting methodology
• Communicate reporting deadlines and strategy to key finance and business partners
• Oversee short and long-term workstreams to meet requirements for upcoming budget submissions and stakeholder meetings
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for monthly operating reviews with the NBCUniversal CFO and other meetings with Peacock and NBCU leadership
• Actively seek to improve reporting processes and output

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Marketing, Media, and subscription business models
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical skills required – organized, accurate & detail-oriented
• Demonstrated capacity to articulate findings to tell a data-driven story to senior leaders
• Ability to work in an energetic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
• Ability to work with a diverse team and embrace healthy debate
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and well versed in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Domo, Looker, or Tableau
