About the Position: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help drive strategic decisions through deep analytical insights across Marketing, Product, and Business operations for the newly launched brand in Food & Drink, MyRecipes. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for full-funnel analytics, turning complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth.

Hybrid 3x a week- (New York)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Positions Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
• 30%: Monitor and understand usage and performance across the entire user journey. Conduct detailed analytics across marketing campaigns, user behavior, product performance, revenue, and overall business health.
• 30%: Generate clear, concise reporting and visualizations to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• 20%: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to optimize user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• 20%: Continuously enhance data processes, accuracy, and reliability across all analytics.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience, including at least 3 years specifically in full-funnel analytics or a similar analytical role.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
• Proven expertise in Marketing, Product, and Business analytics, particularly in full-funnel analysis.
• Ability to run basic SQL queries, if needed
• Strong proficiency in Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to transform data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within a SaaS environment preferred.
• A love and passion for food!
% Travel Required (Approximate): 5%

Salary: New York: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
