Responsibilities
The NBCUniversal Ad Sales team is seeking a Digital Service Representative in support of the launch of Peacock. This new role will be responsible for gathering and maintaining campaign data on a weekly and monthly basis to aid in the success of each campaign. You will be a member of the highly motivated Peacock Ad Sales team at NBC Universal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Gather and maintain campaign delivery data on a weekly and monthly basis via internal and external reporting tools to limit revenue at risk
• Send campaign screenshots / proof of campaign launch for all placements to agencies
• Complete custom reporting requests and post-campaign summary reports for clients
• Deliver recap reports to Planners and Sales summarizing campaign performance
• Take leadership on campaigns when needed
• Handle any ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner
• Responsible for monthly billing of assigned campaigns

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Digital experience or relevant internship work in media planning or client service role preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Demonstrated ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
• Well organized and good attention to detail
• Strong computer skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated teamwork ability
• Relevant experience in Advertising Sales is a plus
