Coordinator, Distribution Partnerships, DTC/Peacock

Responsibilities

(Please note the below responsibilities are written with a ''normal'' work environment in mind. We are presently all working from home an following every COVID protocol.)
• This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role with touch points across Peacock, and broader Comcast/NBCU business
• Coordinate internal meetings across Peacock and Comcast/NBCU including marketing, product, tech, customer service, commerce, legal, strategy, ad sales, brands and finance.
• Coordinate and facilitate external/partner events and processes (including QBRs, annual business reviews, content deep dives, etc)
• Plan and attend key sessions, set agenda, collect materials, take notes and track follow ups
• Assist in partner and competitive analysis; support research into priorities, pricing, offerings, distribution and positioning
• Provide administrative support for SVP, including managing calendar, travel, phones and expenses
• Other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements
• BA
• Minimum of one year of relevant industry work or internship experience
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Able to discreetly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Willing to work unanticipated overtime with short notice
