Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Job: Asset Coordinator, Marketing Operations
• Work with Operations team to ensure creative assets are tagged with proper metadata, set live correctly and trafficked on time - in addition to confirming integrity of items in AirTable with everything reflected as accurate and up to date as possible with respective Project Managers.
• Forecast weekly delivery trends to ensure proper staffing with Global Media Operations as well as future heavy delivery dates and relaying priorities to teams after trafficking calls with agency
• Provide daily status updates on outstanding deliveries as well as any that are upcoming from Project Managers
• Communicate agency spec changes to all stakeholders as well as help audit and maintain spec database
• Serve as AirTable general assistance (assisting in views s/tables, setting up automations, access to base etc.) and communicate any application issues/updates to appropriate members of team
• Request, track, and collect assets in our propriety platform for different Growth workstreams and pivot accordingly after communication with stakeholders
• Acts as gate keeper for YouTube link generation for trafficking purposes
• Track down missing assets, troubleshoot broken links, communicate system outages
Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with media management and distribution systems across the entertainment industry (digital archives, libraries, and databases).
• Familiarity with the types of promotional and marketing assets used by a large media company.
• An understanding of digital marketing and the channels utilized in a digital marketing campaign

• Desire to communicate ideas on how to improve and evolve asset tracking processes and DAM.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital distribution workflows.
