Sourcers (Hybrid in several locations)

ViacomCBS is growing in all areas, with significant streaming growth initiatives worldwide. We're inviting passionate Sourcers to join our Talent Acquisition team in anticipation of this unprecedented growth. We're looking for Sourcers who embody our core values to help us find the best talent to join our organization.

The People We're Looking for to Join Our Team:
• Have a genuine passion for entertainment and media
• Enjoy recruiting functionally and across brands/companies
• Inquisitive and have a passion for technology

Some of Your Responsibilities Include:
• Demonstrate a variety of sourcing methods, techniques, and technologies, using recruiting platforms, social media, and leveraging Boolean web searches to access hard-to-find talent
• Use market expertise, data, and discernment to educate and influence hiring teams on how to identify and hire the best talent
• Cultivate relationships with talent to build pipelines/talent communities for current and future opportunities
• Implement key strategies and partnerships to include, but not limited to professional associations, diversity recruitment conferences, community outreach programs and events, industry networking events and associations

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of sourcing experience
• Experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
• Deeply curious about what makes our client's businesses tick, in order to become an effective SME

Additional Qualifications:
• Proficiency using a variety of online search / sourcing tools, ideally including ATS and CRM systems preferred
