Overview & Responsibilities:

Under the mentorship of the Director of Global Marketing Analytics, this role is responsible for improving decision-making from within the Theatrical Marketing department – via data exploration, visualization, and analysis – in support of the Latin American (LATAM) region. More specifically, these responsibilities include, but are not limited to...

Responsibilities:
• Developing, maintaining and owning the Global Analytics team's relationship with senior leadership throughout our Latin American offices and serving as a trusted strategic partner
• Serving as a data storyteller by crafting deliverables and successfully communicating insights and recommendations to a variety of internal and external creative, technical, and business partners
• Performing complex analyses to inform strategic prioritization, optimization, and findings for global marketing campaigns and tactics – both paid and earned
• Supporting the setup, execution, and analysis of marketing and media experimentation initiatives across LATAM in collaboration with key partners from across the department
• Monitoring, as needed, real-time audience reactions and metrics across social channels, digital media, and various other audience feedback platforms to identify trends and uncover insights that help craft strategies and tactics
• Tracking and compiling industry trends and performing competitive analyses to inform marketing strategies
• Crafting new front-end dashboards and tools to help deliver insights to key partners

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years in a highly analytical and data-driven environment – corporate strategy, planning and/or analysis in an entertainment/digital media/consumer products or services company, top management consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly demanding environment in which modeling and strategic analysis are regularly
• performed and handled with executives
• Experience designing and executing analytics/insights projects in Latin America
• Strong background of identifying key questions, performing quantitative analyses independently, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Excellence in crafting, communicating, and socializing complex ideas, recommendations, and insights with an adaptable communication approach, as necessary, to partner with broad team member groups
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape – including platforms, metrics, etc.
• Experience in optimizing content design deliverables with social media channels and platforms
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree a plus – preferably in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Completed coursework, certification(s), and/or demonstrable ability to display analytical expertise
• 2+ years at a filmed entertainment studio, streaming platform or related agency
• Hands-on experience building dashboards using enterprise-level data visualization tools (Tableau, specifically, a plus)
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience
• Working knowledge of the MarTech/AdTech landscape
• Experience in market research or consumer insights
• Experience in various social analytics and audience analysis platforms (Talkwalker, ListenFirst, Affinio, Crimson Hexagon, NetBase, Sprinklr, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 140,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
