We are seeking a hungry and dynamic Sales Planner to join our Detroit team. General responsibility will be the creation of sales plans to guide the work of account executives in connection with the sale of television advertising.

• Build sales plans for new and existing client base
• Participate in sales negotiations, inventory management, negotiation of makegoods directly with agencies and direct clients
• Grow and maintain buyer relationships
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of stewardship reports for current network schedules

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree of Business (or related field) required
• Minimum 1 year of TV media sales/planning or agency media buying experience

Additional Qualifications
• Media research or media planning experience preferred
• Experience with numerical concepts, attentiveness to detail, and presentation of data
• Analytical competence and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment subject to frequent deadlines
• Able to perform independently and proactively with limited direction
