Then we may have an incredible opportunity in the Paramount Home Entertainment, Sales & Customer Marketing team! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team who will play an instrumental role supporting the domestic digital business.
Our ideal candidate will support the administrative execution of sales and marketing promotional strategies to increase revenue and distribution of content across digital transactional platforms. The Assistant Manager will be LA based and focus on Amazon and a number of other US customers.

Summary of Role Responsibilities
• Provide Sales support for Amazon US
• Collect, coordinate and distribute performance data including sales results, TPR and merchandising efficiency
• Generate and administrate Collections and Temporary Price reduction avail notices
• Assist in the creation of sales materials
• Support in crafting agendas, follow-ups needed and recaps for Account meetings
• Maintain and update list of the consolidated ASIN (Amazon product IDs) lists across Paramount, Viacom, CBS, Smithsonian and Canada
• Other sales functions as needed by Amazon US Account lead
• Provide Customer Marketing support for other US customers
• Work with cross functional teams including Brand, Creative, and Operations to ensure timely communication and execution of sales programs
• Work w/ Sales & Planning teams on execution of specific promotions
• Be experienced in CVM system to inputs TPRs for accounts
• Provide customer specific marketing assets as needed for accounts (ie: creative, social, content)
• Review and route for internal approval any account specific marketing programs
• Weekly distribution of Social Assets to Accounts as needed
• Present product pages and Marketing highlights in account meetings
• Gather and ensure accuracy of pre and post release placement decks for key account
• Monitor and circulate competitive programs at Store Turn each week
• General Support for Sales and Customer Marketing Team
• Update and maintain account specific deal trackers and templates as requested
• Administrate and support the ongoing operation of Salesforce / Quip, including training as a power user / business admin user
• Become a specialist on Enterprise (marketing asset management system); instruct key clients how to use and assist as needed
• Attend and provide feedback in weekly internal meetings
• Ensure accounts have access and are using Paramount's creative asset and metadata portal
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret data in order to provide feedback on business strategies
• Strong planning and organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent time management skills; and ability to prioritize workload
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

Desirable
• Experience in digital distribution and/or entertainment industry preferred
